What services do you offer?
We offer expert level firearms instruction through Private, one-on-one Lessons and group courses. We primarily focus on handguns, carbine rifles, and precision long rifles.
How much do your services cost?
Our top tier Private Lessons are between $65 and $125 per hour. Group course vary depending on duration and course complexity.
Where do you conduct training?
RAVEN Corps is a mobile training team. We travel around Central Florida. Our primary facility is at the Pint&Pistol indoor range located at 2911 Oxbow Cir, Cocoa, Fl 32926. Long distance training is available at the Pink Mist Tactical outdoor range in Sorrento Florida.
F.A.Q.
Prerequisites can vary depending on the course level. Private lesson clients need no prior experience but must meet legal age and citizenship requirements. Intermediate or advanced group courses might require completion of a basic course, proof of competency, or have taken a private lesson with us before the course date.
Absolutely. Safety is the paramount focus in all firearms training courses. Beginners start with fundamental safety protocols, including handling, loading, and unloading firearms under the direct supervision of certified instructors. All courses are designed to gradually build confidence and skills in a controlled environment.
Yes, you are encouraged to train with your own firearm if you have one, as it helps you become more comfortable and proficient with your personal equipment. However, it must meet the course specifications. . All RAVEN Corps courses utilize semi-auto handguns, carbine rifles, or precision long rifles in approved calibers. If you do not have a firearm to train with, we can provide you with a rental.
Private Lessons are booked for a minimum of 1 hour. However, we recommend between 2 to 4 hours per session to maximize your progress.
Continued practice is key to improving firearms skills. We recommend regular practice sessions, either through personal range time or by enrolling in advanced training courses. We also offer ongoing coaching and skills development sessions for continuous improvement through our Private Lessons.
